3. How to complete your submission
3.1 Background Information

3.2 Completing your submission
The current bye laws (Limerick City and County Council Cemeteries Bye Laws 2015) have been grouped into themes for your convenience, and summarised in the Bye-Laws Content Summary document.
You will be asked to give your observations on a series of topics based on the content of the Bye-Laws Summary document.
You will be asked to comment on any or all of the thematic groups presented as you see fit.
You may find that the current Bye-Laws appear to you to be sufficient and fit for purpose. In that case, you may choose not to comment at all, or to indicate your satisfaction.
Alternatively, you may find that that the Bye-Laws in some sections are not sufficient. In those cases, you may wish to see changes to the wording of Bye-Laws, or you may feel that they need to be strengthened or removed. In that case, you may choose to provide comments outlining what changes you would like to see.
How to Complete your submission
You can make your submission by pressing the " make a submission" button on the portal.
If you wish to agree or disagree with a certain chapter, you can pick the relevant chapter and then select your choice from the topic box and leave a comment.
Then you may "save and review" and add a new observation if you wish.
