Map Alterations

Amend all map references to the proposed Croom Local Area Plan Cr-19/25- to Cr-20/26

Amendments to Land Use Zoning Map

  • Amend the land use zoning map Residential Development Area to reduce the residential zoning to 0.3042 hectares and change 0.8258 to Agricultural use. (Submission 1)
  • Amend the land use zoning map Enterprise & Employment zoning and rezone 2.66 hectares to Residential Serviced Sites and 1.683 hectares to Agricultural use. (Submission no 11)
  • Amend the land use zoning map from Residential Serviced Sites to Agricultural use. (Submission no 11)
  • Amend the land use zoning map to extend the plan boundary of the Local Area Plan. (Submission no 13)
  • Amend the land use zoning map to zone 4.63 hectares for Enterprise & Employment use. (Submission no 13)
  • Amend the land use zoning map to extend the Indicative Distributor road to this site including footpath and cycleways. (Submission no 13)
