PAID PARKING BYELAW EXTENSION ABBEYFEALE
The Municipal District of Newcastle West, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, (No 7 of 1994 ), and section 131 and schedule 14 A Part 1 of the Local Government Act, 2001 (No 37 of 2001)
Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendment on Convent St, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick
Proposed extension of the existing paid parking bye-laws from
The entrance to the Secondary school 'Colaiste Ide & Iosef' to a point just beyond the commercial premises of 'Greyhound and Pet World'.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at both Limerick City County Council, Municipal District Office, Newcastle West, Limerick (V42EH73), Abbeyfeale Library, Bridge St, Abbeyfeale, (V94VH79) & Limerick City and County Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 25th July 2025 to Friday 22nd August2025 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
