Proposed works 

at Condell Road, (R-527), Limerick City  

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments adjacent to Condell Road, (R-527), Limerick City.

• Cycle lane demarcation along Condell Road

Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at

• Limerick City & Co. Council, City Hall, Merchants Quay (V94 EH90)
• Limerick City & Co. Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick (V94 WV78)

and may be inspected during office hours from Friday 15^th August 2025 to Friday 12^th September 2025 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie 

Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 5pm, on Friday 12^th September 2025.
