Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on High Street, Caherconlish (L-1149), County Limerick.
A raised Pedestrian Crossing on High Street
Build outs for traffic calming purposes
Junction tightening at Hillview Drive
Footpath widening
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at both Limerick City and County Council, City Hall, Merchants Quay (V94 EH90) and Limerick City and County Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 13th September to Friday 11th of October 2024 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
