Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on R-445 Northern Ring Road (Brookville Avenue), Limerick and the junction of R-857 Ennis Road and R445 Brookville Avenue, Limerick.
Install new raised pedestrian crossing on R-445 Northern Ring Road and L-10512 Brookville Avenue
Install lane separators for cyclist segregation
Install new road markings
Install new tactile paving
Install table top ramps
Install new footpath and drop-kerbs
Junction improvements at junction of L-10516 New Link Road and R-445 Northern Ring Road (Brookville Avenue), the junction of L-10486 Meadow Springs and R-445 Northern Ring Road (Brookville Avenue) and the junction of R-857 Ennis Road and R445 Brookville Avenue, Limerick.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Thursday 22nd of September to Thursday 20th of October 2022 inclusive.
