Declaration of Public Roads under Section 11 Roads Act 1993
In accordance with the provision of the Roads Act 1993, Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a Declaration that the road listed hereunder be a public road.
Attyflin, Patrickswell, Co. Limerick
Total length of road to be taken in charge 222 metres of roadway
Limerick City and County Council proposes to take in charge the roadway within the area outlined in red as shown on the map, excluding private areas
Map showing the roadway maybe inspected between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday from Thursday 21st October to Thursday 18th November 2021, at County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick or may be viewed on Limerick City and County Council website www.limerick.ie
A person may lodge an objections or representations with regard to the proposal must be made
in writing to Administrative Officer, Roads, Traffic & Cleansing, Metropolitan Municipal District, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick.
