In accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 to declare the roads set out in the schedule hereunder to be public roads.

between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays) and at mypoint.limerick.ie during the period from Friday 2nd January 2026 to Monday 2nd February 2026.
Any objections or representations in relation to the proposed takeover made in writing to A/Senior Planner Planning, Heritage & Ryder Cup, Dooradoyle Road Limerick V94 WV78 or mypoint.limerick.ie before 5.00 p.m. on Monday 16th February 2026 will be considered prior to making any declarations.
