This scheme will open for applications from 12:00 noon on 16th of December 2024.
Applications for this scheme will be accepted between
12:00 noon on Monday, 16th of December 2024, and 12:00 noon on Monday, 3rd of February 2025.
Limerick City and County Council, in partnership with Eureka Developments C Ltd, is delighted to launch Phase 1 of the Affordable Housing Scheme at Castle Place, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.

To assist you in determining your gross household income for eligibility for this scheme, information on income that is assessable/not assessable can be obtained from the attached "Affordable Purchase Dwelling Arrangements Income Assessment Policy".

- All questions on this application form must be answered and, where specified, supporting documents must be provided. Incomplete forms or, those which are not accompanied by the appropriate documents, will not be processed.
