PROJECT APPLICATION FOR
MEASURE 1: DEVELOPING COMMUNITY FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
Limerick City and County Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for funding from community groups who may have suitable projects for consideration under the CLÁR 2026 Measure 1 Scheme.
The Minister for Rural and Community Development, Dara Calleary, recently announced details of the 2026 CLÁR Scheme designed to support small scale infrastructure and community development in disadvantaged rural areas.
Grants between €5,000 and €65,000 are available, with each local authority permitted to submit up to two applications seeking funding of up to €100,000. The maximum CLÁR grant level is set at 90% of the total project cost. The remaining 10% match funding must be contributed by the community and/or local authority and/or Philanthropic contributions.
This Expression of Interest Form will remain open until May 22nd 2026.
