    Dear Forward Planning Team,

    Please find attached a submission in respect of Proposed Variation No. 2 to the Limerick County Development Plan 2022–2028, relating to land at Dromsally, Cappamore.

    The submission is made during the statutory consultation period to bring the subject lands to the attention of the Planning Authority as a logical, sequential and deliverable candidate for residential development, having regard to the settlement strategy, infrastructure context and housing objectives of the Development Plan.

    It is acknowledged that Proposed Variation No. 2 is limited in scope and does not specifically provide for a rezoning review. Accordingly, this submission does not seek immediate rezoning through this variation, but is intended to inform the Planning Authority’s consideration of the subject lands in the context of future plan-led housing policy reviews and Development Plan processes.

    We would be grateful if the submission could be taken into consideration as part of the Development Plan process. Should any clarification be required in relation to the submission, we would be happy to provide same.
