Observations

Social Inclusion & Civic Responsibility

Yes

At Southill Hub we intend to continue the development of the community of Southill via the work we do in a number of strands – we currently provide services that cover Youth Work, Family Support, Community Initiatives, volunteering opportunities, civic participation and leadership. The Southill Hub aims to focus on the social determinants of health by developing key areas of community members lives. In line with our Strategic Plan 2023-2026 the aim of our work is to support Southill to be a great place to grow up and grow old.  Ensuring that the access and participation in education, employment, quality housing and recreation facilities is supported and facilitated in the work we do. Ensuring the long-term sustainability of Southill Hub ensures that these community supports continue and works to address the ongoing and persistent disadvantage in these areas.
