Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028

Advice Note

A Draft Direction by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage in accordance with Section 31(7) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended), has been received by Limerick City and County Council with regard to the making of the Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028.

Having regard to the provisions of this Draft Direction, which can be viewed in full at www.limerick.ie the following sections of the Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028 will not come into effect on 29th July 2022:
