Amend Objective H O4 as follows: H O4: Require the use of Design Briefs, Masterplans, Sustainability Statements, Social Infrastructure Assessments and any other supporting documents deemed necessary to ensure the coherent planning of residential development. Early engagement with all utilities providers, including Irish Water is strongly advised. |
