The Mayoral Programme – More for Limerick 2024-2029 sets a vision for a more Liveable Limerick through the delivery of affordable housing. This includes completion of design reviews on sites with significant growth potential, starting with Moyross, to set parameters for private and public housing on those lands so that a holistic vision of our new city emerges.
Following completion of an RIAI Design Review, in consultation with Limerick City and County Council, copies of More for Moyross RIAI Design Review are available for public inspection at the following locations during normal working hours from 27th November to 19th December 2025 inclusive:

Making a Submission
Limerick City and County Council hereby invite any interested parties to make a submission/observation on the Moyross RIAI Design Review via the following mediums, between Thursday 27th November to 12 noon on Friday 19th December 2025 inclusive:
