Patrickswell Draft Local Area Plan 2024 - 2030

NOTICE OF HAVING PREPARED

A DRAFT LOCAL AREA PLAN FOR PATRICKSWELL

Pursuant to Section 20 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) notice is hereby given that Limerick City and County Council being the Planning Authority for the area, has prepared a Draft Local Area Plan (LAP) for Patrickswell.

The Draft Patrickswell Local Area Plan 2024 - 2030 comprises a written statement and maps and is accompanied by a Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening Report, Appropriate Assessment Screening and associated determinations and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment.

Public Information Evening:

Members of the public and interest groups are invited to attend a drop-in public information evening on Thursday 14^th September 2023, between 3pm - 7pm in the Community Resource Centre, Patrickswell. 

Submissions/Observations:

Submissions/Observations may be made in respect of the Draft Patrickswell Local Area Plan and associated Environmental Reports from 2^nd September to 16^th October  inclusive.

Please make your submission by one medium only i.e. in hard copy, online or e-mail.

Any submissions or observation shall state your name and where relevant, the body or organisation represented. Children or groups, or associations representing the interests of children area entitled to make submission or observations to the Draft Local Area Plan.

Submissions received by the Planning Authority will be published on the Limerick City and County Council website within 10 working days of receipt, along with your name in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).  Please do not include personal, confidential or other sensitive information in submissions.
