Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, as amended by Section 46 of the Public Transportation Regulation Act 2009, Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out traffic calming works at the junction of the of the R525 / L1102 / L1103 Nelson’s Cross Castleconnell.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection during normal office hours at the Customer Services Desk, Limerick City & County Council Offices, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick (V94 WV78) and at https://mypoint.limerick.ie from Friday, 20th May, 2022 to Friday the 17th June, 2022 inclusive.
Submissions regarding the proposal may be made;
in writing to the Senior Executive Engineer, Roads Traffic & Cleansing, Limerick City and County Council, Metropolitan District, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick V94 WV78 or
S 38 - Proposed Traffic Calming works at Nelsons Cross at the junction of the R525 / L1102 / L1103.
