Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City and County Council proposes to introduce traffic calming measures on the R523 and R524 routes in Athea village, Co. Limerick.
Limerick City & County Council will carry out refurbishment works on the existing footpaths in Athea village in 2022. This may require the relocation of existing service poles and services throughout the village. The planned works will require the localised setting back existing boundaries, accommodation works, drainage and public lighting.
Maps showing the location of the proposed works and Environmental Assessments may be inspected at the following location during normal office hours, for a period of one month, from Thursday, 12th of May 2022:
