Proposed New -   Relocation of Existing Traffic Lights/Pedestrian Crossing, New Raised Tabletop at Crossroads Junction, Drainage Works, New Road Markings, New Tactile Paving on the

L1139, L5131, L5132, Herbertstown, Co. Limerick

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road layout amendments on the L1139, L5131, L5132, Herbertstown, Co. Limerick

• Relocation of Existing Traffic Lights/Pedestrian Crossing
• Install New Raised Tabletop at the Crossroads Junction
• Install New Road Markings
• Install New Drainage Works
• Install New Tactile Paving

Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Kilmallock Area Office, Railway Rd, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick (V35 K497) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 29^th of March to Friday 26^th of April 2024 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie 

Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 4pm, Friday 26^th of April 2024
