Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on the L-1431-4 at Russell Court, Ballykeeffe, Limerick City.
Renewal of road markings on local primary road
Upgrading of existing throughway onto St Nessan’s Road R-526
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and Corporate Headquarters, Merchants Quay, Limerick, V94 EH90 and may be inspected during normal office hours from 14th of June 2024 to 12th July 2024 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe athttps://mypoint.limerick.ie.
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to Active Travel at the above offices or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 5pm, on 12th July 2024.
