SUPPLEMENTARY DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION SCHEME
(Under Section 49 Planning and Development Act 2000 (Amended)
R526 Link Road (Phase 3)
Limerick City & County Council has prepared a Draft Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme for the development of road infrastructure at Mungret, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Amended). The proposed Supplementary Scheme is being prepared to assist finance the delivery of a link road, which will connect the Local Infrastructure Housing Delivery Activation Fund Road to the R526 Regional Road.
Copies of the Draft Supplementary Contribution Scheme are available on the Council’s website www.limerick.ie, on https://mypoint.limerick.ie and in hard copy in Council Headquarters, Merchant’s Quay, County Hall, Dooradoyle, and the following public libraries in The Granary, Dooradoyle Library and Watchouse Cross Library during normal office hours from Saturday 22nd of August – Monday 5th of October (inclusive).
