Permission Request Form for events on Limerick Greenway

Completed Applications, with relevant accompanying documentation must be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to event.

Please ensure that you have read the Code of Respect and completed the form in full before submitting your application.

Please note the following:

  • You will need to register or log into your MyPoint Account in order to save your application in stages (Save Draft). If you do not register for a MyPoint Account, you will need to complete your application in one session. 
  • When you have completed your application and previewed it, please be sure to click “SUBMIT”, otherwise we will not receive your application.
  • After submission, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been submitted.

Please be aware that Limerick City & County Council has a Leave no Trace policy in place on Greenway. Please refer to https://www.leavenotraceireland.org/ in respect of the principles of Leave no Trace and how these shall be considered as part of the event planning and hosting. These principles shall be referred to in the Litter Management Plan (see list below).
