Declaration of Public Roads under Section 11 Roads Act 1993
In accordance with the provision of the Roads Act 1993, Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a Declaration that the road listed hereunder be a public road.
Access roads and laneway to the rear of Nos 4 – 8 Parnell Street, Priors land, Limerick
Total length of road to be taken in charge 162 metres of roadway
Limerick City and County Council proposes to take in charge the roadway within the area outlined in red as shown on the map, excluding private areas.
Map showing the roadway maybe inspected between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday from Friday 2nd February to Friday 1st March 2024, at County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick or may be viewed on Limerick City and County Council website www.limerick.ie
A person may lodge any objections or representations with regard to the proposal. These must be made:
in writing to Administrative Officer, Roads, Traffic & Cleansing, Metropolitan Municipal District, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick.
