ProposedBus Shelter Enabling Works, Footpath Upgrades and Traffic Calming Works on the Dublin Road (R445)
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on the R445, Dublin Road, Limerick City;
Install new road markings,
Install a new bus shelter,
Install new tactile paving,
Install new kerbs and footpaths,
Junction improvements.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and Limerick City and County Council Corporate Headquarters, Merchants Quay, Limerick (V94 EH90) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Thursday 23rd of May to Friday 21st of June 2024 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 5pm, on Friday 21st June 2024.
