Proposed Cycle Lanes and Footpaths on the
R526, Saint Nessans Road, Limerick City
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on the R526, Saint Nessans Road, Limerick City.
Install new road markings
Install new tactile paving
Install new footpath and drop-kerbs
Realignment of cycle lanes
Install table top ramps
The works will involve the construction and installation of new footpaths, realignment of cycle lanes, road markings and associated works.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Wednesday 25th of May to Monday 27th of June 2022 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ie on or before 5pm, on Monday 27th June 2022.
