Limerick Chamber Submission on Speakers Corner Development

Limerick Chamber is the largest business representative body in the Mid-West, representing over 400 companies across the region. Housing, as well as energy costs, have become significant issues for members across the region. Therefore, we welcome the development at speakers corner in Limerick and commend Limerick City and County Council in bringing these plans forward. We recommend that as much of the apartments as possible is targeted towards affordable purchase / rental accommodation while having an ethos of sustainability and accessibility (as is reflected in the accompanying planning documents).
