The sooner it starts the better
The more bikes on the roads the safer it is for everyone, that is with actual cycling infrastructure. Painted lines are not infrastructure.
I use this road most days, as a car user, and it’s a nightmare. I’d much rather it was free of cars. If cycling was a safe option I’d happily cycle.
