Chapter 2 - Planning Report and Drawings

A city with a proper mobility plan is essential and critical to tackling climate change. I would like Limerick to become an example of sustainability and leave its bad reputation as a  "Car friendly city". Not having proper cycle lines is a huge problem for the city's sustainability. Good green policies support green mobility and are reducing car mobility and promoting cycling and walking. At the moment Limerick pedestrians and cyclists are constantly at risk and breathe very poor air. A city that supports sustainable mobility is tackling the climate change crisis as it is key that we decarbonize the transport sector.
