Limerick Chamber welcomes the plans being brought forward for residential accommodation in Limerick City. The City Centre is in much need of affordable housing options to ease existing and pent up demand. We would like to see as much of this housing development as possible allocated to affordable housing (Cost Rental and Affordable Purchase). The introduction of affordable housing into the city centre is key in terms of making it more attractive for workers to live in the city.
