Our Key Priority for the LECP:
The continued development of Regeneration areas must be prioritised within the LECP 2023-2028 including:
- Sustainable community hubs
- Development of safer communities
- Well managed sustainable, social, and affordable housing in Regeneration Communities
- Investment in public realm
- Accessibility of community facilities, buildings, transport, greenways, public toilets etc
- Ongoing commitment to the principles of social inclusion and community participation in the development of Regeneration Communities
- The joint impact of economic and social investment must be recognised
