We discussed the last time we met in Abbeyfeale the possibility of getting a back entrance for properties from Superbites on main st down as far as the “slice of life “ on main st .
This would be of great benefit to all the properties concerned .Deliveries and bin collection could be a game changer and would be very important to the visual amenity of the area .
I propose the council securing a right of way off colberts terrace to gain access to the rear of all these businesses .
I would be willing to give up land at the back of superbites and the kitchen table (which I also own ) to facilitate any proposals that would be put forward in this matter .I’m sure the other owners all the way down as far as the “slice of life “would be glad to do the same if a back entrance to their properties was achievable . This is my submission and you’re assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
