Amend Objective H3 as follows

Objective H3: Density and New Residential Development: It is an objective of the Council to: Ensure that all residential development complies with the residential density requirements set out in Table 2 and encourage a range of densities on New Residential and other suitably zoned lands in accordance with the Guidelines for Planning Authorities on Sustainable Residential Development in Urban Areas: Cities, Towns and Villages (2009).
