Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on the L-10516 (New Link Road, Limerick City) , L-8076 (Blackthorn Drive, Limerick City) & L-8076 ( Sheelin Drive & Alderwood Avenue, Limerick City);
Install new road markings,
Install new tactile paving,
Install new footpath and drop-kerbs,
Install new bollards,
Junction improvements,
Install table top ramps and pedestrian crossings.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and Limerick City and County Council Corporate Headquarters, Merchants Quay, Limerick (V94 EH90) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Thursday 22nd of June to Friday 21st of July 2023 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
