Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on Saint Patrick’s Road, Limerick City.
Junction Tightening for traffic calming throughout Saint Patrick’s Road
Install raised table area incorporating pedestrian crossing at Granville Road junction.
Install raised table at Claughaun Fort (L-10205) Junction.
Install new tactile paving at various junctions throughout scheme.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection at both Limerick City and County Council, City Hall, Merchants Quay (V94 EH90) and Limerick City and County Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle Road, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78) and may be inspected during normal office hours from Thursday 29th of February to Thursday 28th of March 2024 inclusive. They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
Submissions or observations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the above office or online at https://mypoint.limerick.ieon or before 5pm, on Thursday 28th of March 2024.
