Proposed Works on Station Road, Askeaton (L- 1236), Co. Limerick

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 38 (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1994, as amended by the Public Transportation Regulation Act, 2009 (Section 46), Limerick City & County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce the following road amendments on Station Road, Askeaton (L- 1236), Co. Limerick

• Widen existing footpath to 1.8m
• New 1.8m wide footpaths within existing road corridor width
• Public lighting
• Pedestrian crossing points

Drawings and particulars of the proposed project are available for inspection during normal office hours from Thursday 15^th June 2023 to Thursday 13^th July 2023 inclusive at:

• Limerick City and County Council, Dooradoyle, Limerick (V94 WV78)
• Limerick City and County Council, Merechant's Quay, Limerick (V94 EH90)
• Adare – Rathkeale Municipal Office, Áras Seán Finn, Rathkeale Co. Limerick (V94 HK1V)

They are also available for inspection online during the above timeframe at https://mypoint.limerick.ie
